TAX RECEIPTING POLICY: Donors at various giving levels receive benefits as recognition and engagement opportunities. Donors cannot pay for the benefits they receive (e.g. tickets, receptions or dinners). Donor benefits are renewable annually and expire one year following the date of contribution. In accordance with CRA regulations, the value of benefits at the particular level of the donation is deducted from the total gift. The Official Tax Receipt amount is determined by subtracting the fair market value of said benefits, if any, from the donation amount. A donor may choose to waive benefits and receive a full tax receipt if desired.

Official Tax Receipts will only be issued for gifts greater than $10.
