Below are answers to some frequently asked questions.

How do I exchange my tickets?
Subscribers with 10 or 7 play packages are entitled to one free exchange per production to another performance of the same production. If tickets need to be exchanged for a second time, a service charge of $5 will be applied. Passholders can exchange booked tickets for a fee of $5 per ticket.   

To exchange your tickets simply call the Young Centre box office at 416.866.8666 at least 24 hours prior to the performance and our patron services representatives will be pleased to make the exchange for you.  Have your tickets in hand when you call.  When the exchange is complete, mark void across the tickets and bring them with you on the date of your new performance.

How do I purchase extra tickets with my subscriber discount?
Call the Young Centre box office with your customer number (located at the bottom left corner of every ticket) and our patron services representatives will process your order with the appropriate discount for your subscription (10 Play – 20%, 7 Play – 15%, 4 Ticket pass – 10%)

What do I do if I lose my subscription tickets?
If your tickets or passes are lost we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring photo I.D and, if applicable, the credit card used to order the tickets to the box office at least one our before your performance and we will re-print your tickets.

What is an Earlybird performance?
Earlybird refers to performances early in the run.  These include previews and some performances in the first week.  Earlybird performances are indicated on the calendar.

What are the Pre-Performance Audience Enrichment Conversations?
Audience Enrichment Conversations are an exclusive benefit of subscribers and take place one hour before the performance on select Tuesday evenings and Saturday Matinees (see calendar for dates).  In an intimate setting, Soulpepper artists offer background insights in to the production you are about to see.

What is Talkback Tuesday?
Talkback Tuesdays take place every Tuesday of the regular run in the theatre following the performance.  The performers will come back onto the stage to answer questions from the audience and give a behind the scenes insight into the performance you have just seen.

Note to 4 Ticket Passholders

Passholders are encouraged to book their specific performance dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Soulpepper does not set aside for unassigned pass vouchers.

NOTE: 2009 passes are only valid for the 2010 season. 
As of December 18, 2010, all 2010 passes expire.
