ALUMNI MASTERCLASSES 2018

 Experience theatre-based workshops led by Soulpepper Artists and see a Soulpepper play on stage!

PROGRAM DETAILS:

This program is an opportunity for you to connect with other Soulpepper Youth Alumni and work with Soulpepper Artists in two-day Masterclasses. You will be given an opportunity to:

  • Learn from Soulpepper artists and staff in a focused discipline
  • Collaborate with a group of other Soulpepper alumni
  • Stay connected to the Soulpepper community and contribute to the creative work happening in the building
  • Share who you are as an artist and have fun!

PROGRAM COST:

FREE!  In addition, Soulpepper will give each participant $20 per session for food and transportation costs.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

Each masterclass consists of two days of workshops. You can sign-up for one, two, or all three sessions. You must be available for both workshop days that you sign up for.

Workshop: Acting
Dates: Tuesday, July 3, 11:00am-5:00pm & Wednesday, July 4, 11:00am-5:00pm

Workshop: Creation/Writing 
Dates: Thursday, July 5, 11:00am-5:00pm & Friday, July 6, 11:00am-5:00pm

Workshop: Arts Administration/Business of Theatre (including workshops in fundraising, marketing, producing, etc.)
Dates: Tuesday, July 10, 11:00am-5:00pm & Wednesday, July 11, 11:00-5:00pm

PERFORMANCES:

You will have the choice of attending one of the following performances:

The Secret Chord: The Leonard Cohen Experience Created by Frank Cox-O’Connell, Marni Jackson, and Mike Ross
Tuesday, July 17, 8:00pm

The 27 Club by Mike Ross
Wednesday, July 18, 2:00pm

Orlando by Sarah Ruhl
Thursday, July 19, 7:30pm
