With the evolution of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation worldwide, and to help slow the spread of this virus, Soulpepper has made the difficult decision to suspend public performances starting immediately until May 6, 2020.
Ensuring the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff and artists is always our top priority. Thankfully, we had no shows on stage last week, and we were able to use that time to assess the impact of these decisions and make appropriate plans as they pertain to our year-round season of programming.
This means the suspension of all public performances of:
The Seagull (March 26-April 26)
Fresh Ink – play reading event (March 20): moved online at Friday March 20, 4:30 pm. Read more.
March Break Program(March 16-20)
At this time, ticketholders are asked to check their emails and select one of the options provided. For more ticketing information, please visit our COVID-19 ticketing policy here.
The situation will continue to evolve, and no decisions have been made for future productions or programs. As we learn more, we will continue to update you directly via email and/or phone. You can read our full statement here.
