BEVERLEY FLYNN
Ms. Beverley G. Flynn is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to Morguard Corporation and its group of companies. Beverley has more than 15 years of experience in public markets, corporate securities law and commercial real estate law, including purchase, sale, financing and development. In addition to transactional and business activity, she leads corporate governance and compliance activities at Morguard and is at the forefront of regulatory changes and corporate-wide policy implementations.
Beverley is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and Osgoode Hall Law School (York University). She has been honoured by The Legal 500 GC Powerlist and is a recipient of the Osgoode Hall Alumni Gold Key Award and the Global Counsel Award (General Commercial) (Association of Corporate Counsel). She is currently serving as a director on the board of Soulpepper Theatre and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Canadian Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
