SANJAY NAKRA

Mr. Nakra is a senior corporate finance leader with over two decades of investment banking experience in Europe, the US, and Canada. He has held progressively senior roles, including, the Managing Director and Co-Group Head, Diversified Industries for TD Securities and previously Managing Director and Group Head, Technology and Infrastructure, Investment Banking at TD Securities. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Algoma Steel Inc., CGI Limited and Nuralogix Corporation and is the Co-Chair of the University Health Network (UHN) Foundation Annual Gala: Diwali — A Night to Shine.

As part of Soulpepper Board of Directors, he is Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. 

Mr. Nakra holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, a Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from York University.
